Yes, our service has a 30-day guarantee on all tire fittings and rotations. If issue arise, as a customer this guarantee offers the chance to call one of our expert who will assess the situation and if required send out a technician for a free-tire inspection. With that inspection customer’s tires are inspected and rebalanced if required. This warranty is not the same as our road hazard warranty and does not cover puncture repair or damage done to the tire during regular course of driving. If an inspection is done and the inspection shows that the problem has been due to an impact or accident and not the fitting, our call out charge is $50.
The cut off time for next day service is 8:00 PM. This allows us time to re-stock our trucks with the correct tires for your appointment time.

We need to be able to get to all four tires by accessing both sides of the vehicle. Tire Mounting is typically done in a driveway, on a road (in a low traffic area), in a parking garage.
Yes, typically we can setup shop on the first floor of your parking garage if the clearance is at least 9.5 feet. We can also use loading dock areas with low traffic or a low traffic spot located around your parking garage.
Typically we do not respond to calls for roadside service. This is because we usually aren’t allowed access on main roads such as highways and interstates. If your vehicle is towed to a safe location off of the highway or main road, please contact us and we may be able to assist you.
Although our catalog allows you to pull tires by make and model some people typically like to search for tires by size. There are two methods to typically finding the tire size. The first method is by looking at the placard on the inside of the driver side door. The placard typically looks like a sticker and it list the size of the tire and additional information. The second method is to actually look at the sidewall of the tire. This will indicate numbers that commonly look like the example listed below:
