Does your service come with a guarantee?

Yes, our service has a 30-day guarantee on all tire fittings and rotations. If issue arise, as a customer this guarantee offers the chance to call one of our expert who will assess the situation and if required send out a technician for a free-tire inspection. With that inspection customer’s tires are inspected and rebalanced if required. This warranty is not the same as our road hazard warranty and does not cover puncture repair or damage done to the tire during regular course of driving. If an inspection is done and the inspection shows that the problem has been due to an impact or accident and not the fitting, our call out charge is $50.

How do I know my tire size?

Although our catalog allows you to pull tires by make and model some people typically like to search for tires by size. There are two methods to typically finding the tire size. The first method is by looking at the placard on the inside of the driver side door. The placard typically looks like a sticker and it list the size of the tire and additional information. The second method is to actually look at the sidewall of the tire. This will indicate numbers that commonly look like the example listed below:
215/ 65R/ 15/ 95H
These numbers indicate the width of the tire, the sidewall, and the rim size; you will also need to know the load and speed rating. Please refer to our How to Read a Tire Page, for full instructions.

Tires can be silent in their condition. Many times tires look great from the outside, but on the inside they can be a problem waiting to happen. Typically the first sign that a tire needs to be changed is the noticeable change in performance of the tire. This applies to the ability to stop, handle, and grip when driving. Another noticeable sign is the outside of the tire, this includes bumps and bubbles and other sure signs that your tires have deteriorated.
